    • Driver Attitude to moral and legal responsibilities
    • Awareness of changing road conditions
    • Hazard Perception and Anticipation
    • Reaction times (includes negative effects of Alcohol and other drugs)
    • Vehicle control skills in normal and adverse conditions
    • Skid avoidance and control
    • 40% discussions, 60% in-car exercises
  • All will be held at either Easter Creek or Marulan Driver Training Centre, which is beneficial to Sydney or Canberra. A watering system is used to create a true representation of a wet road...not an artificial 'skid pan'.
  • Students use their own vehicles. Cars, station wagons, Utes, 4WDs, light trucks and vans are acceptable.
  • All licensed drivers will benefit from this course. We are licensed to train holders 'P' licenses. “L” Permit holders not accepted.
  • Private and corporate, individuals and groups.
  • Written report /course notes and graduation certificate issued to all participants who complete the course.
  • Mature instructors. Only 5 students per instructor. This is unique to Finlay's Nationwide Defensive Driving School courses.
